Greylist Policy

The Greylist Policy is an option given to group team builders and/or friends of already Greylisted members. It allows friends of these people to be freely Greylisted without needing to submit a Greylist application.

This Policy officially replaces the old and now defunct "Whitelist Policy".

Short Version

Build with your friends! No hassle of the Greylist! If your partner screws up, you and your partner are both banned.

Long Version

By accepting the Greylist Policy, you agree to be banned and removed from all server related sites when you and/or your friend is banned from our online Minecraft server.

This rule is TRUE for all members under Sniper.

Users who are the rank Sniper OR Curator have the ability to appeal their ban and officially apologize for their friends behavior on the server via Support Ticket.

Administrators are immune to this Policy and cannot be banned for inviting a friend into the VoxelBox Minecraft server memberlist.

Users who are the rank of Guest can use the Greylist Policy.

The Greylist Policy cannot be used by a member who has become a member via the Greylist Policy from a past member.

Should the original member who allowed a friend into the server via the Greylist Policy leave for an extended/permanent amount of time, the friend will not lose membership.

Both players must agree to the Greylist Policy before the friend of the original member can be accepted.

Each member who has been Greylisted can only use this Greylist Policy once.

If the original member shares viable information on a previously canceled Greylist Policy [E.g. "he is planning to grief"] then the guest will be banned if evidence is presented and no action may be taken on the original member.

If the invited friend builds well and gets along with the community, then if the original member is banned then the friend will not be effected by this and vice versa, In other words the friend becomes "Greylisted" although he still cannot use the Greylist Policy.

Submission Form

If you agree to the above policy, and want your friend to become Greylisted on the VoxelBox Minecraft server, you (the Greylisted member and your friend) must send a email in the following format below. Please use the subject "Greylist Policy [greylisted username]-[friend username]". Email is [ Voxelgreylist@gmail.com ]

Note

• Remember to specify which one of you is on the Greylist and which one is getting greylisted, Double check the names because if the name is incorrectly written, you will not be greylisted and it will take a lot longer to get through the process.

• These policy applications can take up to 24 hour's to complete, As SorrowL usually reviews and controls the greylist policy applications alone.

• The main source Greylist is available to me roughly every week, so its possible you may not be "greylisted" on my side during your Policy submission.
