Nebula7 is the lead curator of the Quair curated zone of Holocene. Before Palceon, he was well known for creating the Zair Resort in Pangea. He is also the owner of numerous other Pangea builds: he started Ziraz and constructed the the Iron Curtain Bridge in Bridgeport. His other creations include the Bakhu MetroVox Bridge, his estates in Aerios and other hidden locations. In addition, he is the owner and operator of the Catapult Cafe food chain. He later built a second, sister hotel & resort, named Vair in New Voxel.

He is also good at detecting trolls, so be aware.
