Restricted materials

To make sure the server is as unfriendly to traditional griefing as possible, we have restricted the use of some materials for Guests and Members. It is not recommend you use these elements as featuring in your build, due to the difficulty of obtaining and placing them.

However, you can set a build up with a "place-holder" block to be transformed later. The ideal way to set up your build is to simply place a blocktype you are not using anywhere else in your build in all the places where you would like the restricted material to appear. Ideal candidates for this are: Thatched Roofing and Magma Stone (Sponge and Netherrack).

• Tip: The best way to get even fluid flows is to make sure that all your horizontal surfaces contain a replace-block.

A LiteSniper, Sniper, Curator, or Admin can then replace the the blocks for you only when you are ready. Unless you really need the fluid mechanics to finish your build, it's generally considered polite to wait until your build is completely finished to ask for help. People will respond best to your builds if it feels new and shiny!
